DPF Kiln- Revival Small – Up to 2 DPFs

Description

This is a custom kiln designed for baking and regenerating multiple DPF’s. The DPF needs
to be baked to convert built-up soot into ash so it can then be effectively removed. This is an important step in the DPF cleaning process and if skipped, the soot buildup will shorten
the life of the filter.

It comes equipped with a digital touchscreen controller that is programmed with multiple settings to accommodate different manufacturers’ heating requirements. During the regeneration process, the DPF is protected from melting (uncontrolled regeneration) by the internal temperature sensors. Our kiln is designed to gradually bring the DPF up to temperature, hold it there for the soak period, and then gradually lower the temperature
to keep the DPF from cracking.
